Dealing with Polycrises—Seeing, Understanding and Managing the Unexpected
Polycrises are complex, interrelated crises that occur simultaneously and influence each other—war, climate, supply chain bottlenecks, political uncertainties and more. Dealing with them requires a high degree of flexibility, adaptability and networked thinking—for individuals as well as for the whole organisation. It is not a question of panicking, nor of 'riding out' the crises and burying one's head in the sand. As one of the keynote speakers, Conrad Schetter will give a presentation on 'Polycrises from the Perspective of Peace and Conflict Studies' (in German).
