Responsibilities
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Michael Dedek's main task is to keep control of all sources of income, the cash-flow and costs incurring at BICC. He also serves as the Deputy Director of BICC. As the Director of Administration he is responsible for the smooth running of all procedures, in projects as well as internally at BICC. Administration at BICC incorporates all internal services needed at BICC, which include
- Finances: fund-raising, accountancy, reporting, financial statements, controlling
- Project Management: guidelines, implementation, support, project-controlling, reporting, evaluation
- Personnel: recruitment, support and administration
- Organization: travel arrangements, reception, secretariat, property management, events
- Publishing Management: editing, management of all BICC publication series
- Library/ Documentation
- Network/ IT: administration, security, user-support, etc.
