at BICC, An der Elisabethkirche 25, 53113 Bonn.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
On Thursday, 14 August, BICC invites you to a talk and discussion on “Facilitating Community Peacebuilding Workshops through Creative Dialogue & Design (CDD)” with Serge Loode, Senior Research Technician at the Australian Centre for Peace & Conflict Studies (ACPACS).
Serge Loode is a panel member of the Australian Mediation Association (AMA), the National Panel of ADR Consultants, an associate member of LEADR and a member of the Centre for Mediation (CfM), Germany.
The Creative Dialogue and Design Project addresses the need for meaningful discussion about sensitive and complex topics, which assists in strategic decision-making. Drawing on theories of complex social systems and effective behavioural management, Creative Dialogue and Design (CDD) assists groups, organizations and communities in facilitating dialogue and in designing ways to deal with complex situations.
We look forward to seeing you at the talk. If you have any questions or wish to conduct an interview, please contact Susanne Heinke, BICC spokesperson (phone: 0228/911 96-44, pr@bicc.de).
