Talk and discussion
Tuesday, 22 July 2008, 11:00 to 12:00,
at BICC, An der Elisabethkirche 25, 53113 Bonn
Ladies and Gentlemen,
On Tuesday, 22 July, BICC invites you to a talk and discussion on "The Role of the Western Powers in Non-violent Revolutions" (in English) with US- expert Dr. Stephen Zunes, Professor for Political Sciences and International Studies at the University of San Francisco.
Professor Zunes questions the still widely held view of a high influential role of Western powers, led by the United States, in successful non-violent revolutions. His work so far takes up the reproach of imperialism of US foreign policy in the Middle East and other parts of the world.
We look forward to seeing you at the talk. If you have any questions or wish to conduct an interview, please contact Susanne Heinke, BICC spokesperson (phone: 0228/911 96- 44, pr@bicc.de)
