Rodrigo holds a BSc degree in Actuarial Science from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin.
Rodrigo is an experienced public policy researcher with more than five years working at relevant think tanks (Ethos Public Policy Lab), internationally-recognised organisations (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, Transparency International and European Research Centre for Anti-corruption and State-Building) and universities (UNAM). His Master’s thesis focused on understanding state capacity at the subnational level in Mexico and its relation to drug-related conflicts, inequality, and democracy.
At BICC, he works as a data scientist.
