BSc in Geography, 2016, and BA in English and French Studies, 2017.

David did his undergraduate studies at the University of Bonn and is currently an MA candidate in Violence, Terrorism and Security at the Queen’s University of Belfast. During his studies, he attended summer schools at the University of Kent, Brussels School of International Studies. David is interested in postcolonial approaches towards international relations and the study of terrorism and terrorist groups such as the so-called Islamic State.

David is currently supporting the policy advisory team of BICC in implementing a project on the physical security and stockpile management (PSSM) of small arms and light weapons (SALW) in the Sahel region and the Horn of Africa.
