The interplay between military, humanitarian and development policy actors in war and post-war situation is currently subject of lively discussions. To enable the interested public to gain an insight into the issue, the following compilation offers a brief overview over six selected topics, which deal with the differences and forms of cooperation between civil and military actors and follow the historic course of the discussion.
