Participation in Fatal Transactions (FT) network, lobby and education work on resources and conflicts – German leader of network
The EU-funded Fatal Transactions campaign, whose partners include inter alia BICC, NIZA (Netherlands Institute for Southern Africa), Pax Christi Netherlands and IPIS (International Peace Information Service, Belgium), supports the fair and just use of natural resources as a contribution to sustainable development and peace in Africa. BICC assumed responsibility for coordinating the Fatal Transactions campaign in Germany at the beginning of 2007 and since then has developed numerous activities.
