[Event] Regional Roundtable Dialogue to Strengthen National Institutions in the Implementation of Weapons and Ammunition Management (WAM) in the Context of Disarmament, Demobilisation and Reintegration (DDR)
- Tuesday, 5 December 2023: BICC, in support of the Regional Centre on Small Arms (RECSA) will convene a regional roundtable dialogue in Nairobi to evaluate the current situation, needs and adopting resource mobilisation strategies for WAM activities related to DDR of identified RECSA member states (Burundi, Central African Republic, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Sudan and Uganda). The targeted member states will share lessons learned and experiences regarding DDR and WAM activities.
